Regina M. Costantini, M.D.

Regina M. Costantini, MD

Dr. Regina Costantini earned her medical degree from the Autonomous University of Guadalajara School of Medicine and completed her residency at Fifth Pathway at New York Medical College, Valhalla, N.Y. She completed her OB/GYN medical training at Maryland General Hospital. Dr. Costantini is board certified by the American Board of Obstetrics and Gynecology and is a fellow of the American College of Obstetricians and Gynecologists. She has authored articles on the topic of uterine rupture associated with antepartum cocaine abuse.

Dr. Costantini sees patients in Westminster (Charles O. Fisher Medical Building).


Eileen Garavente, M.D.

Eileen Garavente, M.D., is medical director of women's services for Carroll Health Group. She earned her medical degree from Jefferson Medical College, now known as Sidney Kimmel Medical College, in Philadelphia, and completed a residency in obstetrics and gynecology at Lankenau Medical Center in Wynnewood, Pa.

She is board certified by the American Board of Obstetrics and Gynecology.

Dr. Garavente provides care at Carroll Hospital.


Imelda C. Udo, M.D.

Dr. Imelda Udo received her undergraduate degree from Johns Hopkins University and her medical degree at George Washington University. She received her OB/GYN medical training at Cooper Hospital, University of Medicine and Dentistry in New Jersey. She is board certified by the American Board of Obstetrics and Gynecology and is a fellow of the American College of Obstetricians and Gynecologists. Dr. Udo is a participant of International HealthCare Volunteers, an organization that enables her to travel as a volunteer physician to Africa to perform much needed surgery for those in underserved areas.

Dr. Udo sees patients in Westminster (Charles O. Fisher Medical Building) and Eldersburg.


Michael P. Vietz, M.D.

Michael Vietz, M.D., has been providing advanced obstetric and gynecologic care for more than 20 years.  He earned his medical degree from the American University of the Caribbean in the West Indies. Dr. Vietz completed his residency training at GBMC and St. Agnes Hospital. Dr. Vietz is board certified and serves as the director of minimally invasive robotic and gynecologic surgery and the chief of OB/GYN at Carroll Hospital. His prior experience included being the director of laparoscopic GYN surgery at St. Agnes Hospital for many years. 

He is a member of the American Medical Association, the American Society of Gynecologic Laparoscopists and the Society of Laparoendoscopic Surgeons, and he is a Fellow of the American College of Obstetrics and Gynecology.

Candace Wilson, M.D.

Candace Wilson, M.D., earned her medical degree from Howard University College of Medicine, in Washington, D.C., and completed her residency in obstretrics and gynecology at WellSpan York Hospital in York, Pa.

She is board certified by the American Board of Obstetrics and Gynecology

Dr. Wilson sees patients in Eldersburg.
